🩺 OpenAI rolls out ChatGPT Health to all U.S. adults

OpenAI launched ChatGPT Health for U.S. adults, letting users connect Apple Health and medical records so ChatGPT can explain results using their personal health data
Users can review medications, lab results, visits, sleep and activity, while ChatGPT asks permission before using connected data and says Health data is not used for training or ads
OpenAI says Health supports, not replaces, doctors, and is rolling out on web and iOS across every plan as OpenAI pushes deeper into personalized healthcare AI
🎙️ Anthropic upgrades Claude voice mode with smarter models

Anthropic updated Claude voice mode so users can choose Opus, Sonnet, or Haiku, giving voice chats more power for longer conversations and complex work
Claude voice can also use Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Canva, and Notion, letting users reschedule meetings, draft emails, or create documents simply by speaking
The beta is available across platforms, but f-r-e-e users are limited to Haiku and one connected app, while Anthropic says the underlying voice model itself has not changed

⚡ Steal This Workflow
Build an AI Inbox Assistant

Most emails should never require the same amount of your attention.
Here’s a smarter setup using Gmail + n8n + AI:
Catch every fresh email
Connect Gmail to n8n. Each incoming message automatically enters the workflow before you even open it.
Make AI judge it
Send the sender, subject, and email body to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Use this instruction:
Classify this email as Urgent, Reply Needed, Delegate, FYI, Save, or Ignore. Add a one-sentence summary and recommended next action. Do not assume information that is missing.Route it automatically
Create a different n8n path for each category.
Urgent → send an alert
Reply Needed → create a Gmail draft
Delegate → create a task
FYI → apply a label
Ignore → archive it
Review what matters
Open Gmail and focus on the messages AI has already identified as needing your attention.
Instead of managing your inbox, you manage the decisions that actually matter.
🔎 AI RESEARCH: More AI Agents Can Actually Make AI Worse

What researchers studied:
Researchers tested 260 AI setups across six tasks to see when teams of AI agents perform better than one strong AI agent.
What they found:
Adding more AI agents did not always improve results. When one agent was already strong, extra agents often added complexity and caused mistakes to spread.
For some tasks, multiple agents helped. But for step-by-step planning, they could make performance much worse.
Why it matters:
More AI agents do not automatically mean better AI. Choosing the right setup may matter more than simply adding more agents.

💼 AI Side Hustle Idea: Claude Code Business Automation Setup

Most small businesses don’t need “another AI tool.” They need repetitive work automated without hiring extra staff or wasting hours on manual processes.
The problem:
Employees still spend hours copying data, preparing reports, updating files, checking information, and repeating the same internal processes every week.
Your AI service:
Take one repetitive business process and build a Claude Code workflow that connects the needed files and tools, follows defined steps, and completes much of the work automatically.
Simple workflow:
Repeated task → map the process → connect tools/data → Claude Code runs it → human reviews the result
Best clients:
Agencies, SaaS teams, consultants, e-commerce brands, startups, and operations-heavy small businesses.
What you can charge for:
Automation setup + customization + monthly maintenance.
